Проект сразу вызывает интерес своим асимметричным названием и заинтересовывает ещё с первого взгляда.
По первому впечатлению проект выглядит как проект, созданный с акцентом на лаконичную подачу данных и минимализм.
Стоит отметить, насколько легко ориентироваться по сайту, насколько быстро загружаются страницы, и ясно ли, какова его цель.
Что можно оценить в первую очередь:
Суть и цели портала.
Удобство интерфейса.
Визуальное оформление.
Релевантность и пользу информации.
Общие ощущения от посещения.
Как мне кажется, подобные проекты стоит оценивать не только по оформлению, но и по тому, насколько они справляются с задачами пользователя.
